It has the richest sharpness of a sharp cheddar and the spicy bite as well as pepper flavor of jalapeno.Macsisterhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/00739856911245988323noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8233184155385734517.post-91829873846324263932016-01-08T21:24:21.514-05:002016-01-08T21:24:21.514-05:00Very true - didn't think of it in those terms,...Very true - didn't think of it in those terms, but you're absolutely right. Coincidence! And yes, the corn is quite heated. :) One grinder of this is like a lifetime's supply.<br />stevenphttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15522753337306943820noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-8233184155385734517.post-18493599654505522102016-01-08T16:51:36.931-05:002016-01-08T16:51:36.931-05:00Pretty good idea - if not for the small kids in my...Pretty good idea - if not for the small kids in my house I'd try that. Just a tiny pinch for scrambled eggs or omelets. It can replace hot sauce in recipes. Why not make pizza dough and use a pinch of that in the dough to give it a twist? Again the cheese can give some relief from the heat. Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/17360023998565837826noreply@blogger.com
